As you may know, I love smoothies! No, really, like I literally drink one everyday! I´m guessing you can relate to that, I mean, who doesn´t love smoothies?!? (and you wouldn´t be reading this otherwise… 😉 ) It tastes so amazing, has so many benefits, you can literally throw in anything, your body gets what it needs and drinking smoothies is a well deserved rest for your metabolism. I really love everything about them! So since I drink so much, I decided to share with you my favorites! I like to experiment around, that´s how I know what tastes really great, and what not so great. So you can follow these exact measurements, eyeball it or you can just get inspired and try your own! Btw. these measurements make two middle-sized glasses. Let me know in the comments what your favorite smoothie is, also I have no idea what to call each recipe, so if you have any ideas or you think I should leave it like that, let me know!!! And like if you want the smoothie time part 2!! Enough talking, here they are:
1. Blueberry-Kiwi Goodness
- 1 banana
- 2 kiwis
- 1/4 apple
- frozen blueberries (how much you want, I usually eyeball it, I´d say I take, maybe 1,5 cups…)
- apple juice
- water (I fill it up all the way)
You know the drill, put all of the ingredients in the mixer and mix away! Btw. this is probably one of my favorites!

2. Raspberry Smoothie
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 pear
- frozen raspberries (again, just take how much you want!!)
- orange juice
- water
3. Raspberry Kiwi Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 3 Kiwis
- 1/2 apple
- frozen raspberries
- water
4. Tropical raspberry
- 1 banana
- 2 slices of pineapple + pineapple juice (I used a canned one, so it was already cut)
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 apple
- frozen raspberries
- orange juice
- water
5. Raspberry Kiwi Apple Smoothie
- 2 bananas
- 2 Kiwis
- 3/4 apple
- 2 cups frozen blueberries (or eyeball it)
- 1/2 pear
- orange juice
- water
6. Tropical refresher
- 1 banana
- 3 Kiwis
- 1/2 mango
- 3 slices of pineapple
- 1/2 pear
