The Month of July started yesterday and to be honest I thought that today was the first, so this post is a tiny bit late. I´m sorry.
Anyways, I put together a workout calendar you can follow. This series is called `Get healthy with me´, so now, it´s a ´Workout with me´; we´ll have a great time, giving our body what it craves and needs, exertion. This calendar starts tomorrow and you can simply print it out, hang it up and whenever you finished a days workouts, you can cross off the day and be so proud of yourself! If your motivation leaves you, I will also be posting some things to help that out, but for now, remember why you started! And keep on going! You are awsome, no matter where you are starting from. You will get stronger and better everyday. Believe in yourself, ´cause I believe in you.
I designed this calendar so that practically anyone can do it. Beginners as well as avanced, fitter ones. It´s a basis, a guidline to do at least that. If you want to do more, please do, but just that is fine as well. You´re getting more than those important 30 minutes I talk about so often and that´s the amount your body can be happy with and build up on. I am not saying this workout calendar is easy. It´s a hard way, but I tried to make it funner by always swiching up the workouts so you and your body don´t get bored or used to it.
While working out I recommend listening to your favorite music. It´s proven that your chances of quitting are lower, so turn up that beat ;-). If you start this calendar I want you to finish it completely! I know you can do it and together we´ll make sure you get through it! No quitting!
I made up all those workouts just for you. They are on another document for you to print out.
What you´ll also find in this caledar apart from the workouts, are phrases like `30 minute Cardio´. For that you can do practically anything: go for a swim, a run, a bike-ride, go dancing, play basketball or soccer or whatever makes you happy and sweaty! I want you to sweat in any way possible, I want you to breathe heavily, to feel your body working, your muscles contracting. Also feel free to do more that those 30 minutes. Maybe cross them out and write how much you did instead. That way you´ll be able to visualize your achievements and feel even better!
