My 3 favorite pancake recipes (vegan and non-vegan)

Pancakes are the perfect Sunday-Morning meal

1.The easiest pancake ever

What you´ll need:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana

Mix the two ingredients together and bake in a pan. The turning of these pancakes is a bit hard, you may have to use two tools. Also these can burn really fast, so be careful!

2. Three ingedients pancake

What you´ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 egg

Mix and bake. Done!

3. My favorite vegan banana pancake

What you´ll need (for 5 medium sized pancakes):

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (make sure it´s without sugar)
  • 1 1/3 cup flour of your choice
  • 1 banana
  •  3/4 cup almond milk
  • vanilla extract (a little bit)
  • some baking soda

Mix together everything and bake! This is seriously my all-time favorite pancake!
