I haven´t done a recipe post in such a long time…it´s time to make up for that;-)
I´ve been making different paprika tofu pans for a while. It´s my go-to lunch when I get home earlier. It takes me almost no time, fills me up, is healthy and tastes amazing! Since I like to try around a lot, I never eat the same-tasting paprika tofu pan. Recently I cooked it and was a little inspired by asian food…it turned out so delicious. This is the recipe! Enjoy!
What you´ll need (for 1 serving):
- 1 shallot
- 1 paprika
- 1 smoked tofu
- 2 dried tomatoes
- soya sauce
In a pan, heat up some oil and start frying the shallot in it. Add the diced paprika. Let cook for a few minutes. Meanwhile dice the tofu and the dried tomatoes and add both in the pan. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Let it cook for about 3 minutes. Add soya sauce and heat it up quick before serving. I added a sage leaf and a dried tomato for decoration. Enjoy!
Wow looks so yummy
