Loving and Doing in February

Loving

My fitness time. Every time I get home and put on my fitness clothes, and break a sweat the world is alright again.

Obsessing

over my polar sport-watch. This this is so fun and it´s really motivating to know how long and fast you ran or how many kilometers you walked a day.

Reading

Sheltering Rain by Jojo Moyes. It´s a good book. I really like it. About the different perspectives and feelings of/towards love in different generations.

Listening

to “Sax” by Fleur East. Such a upbeat, fun song. I´m really into it.

And “Fast Car” by Jonas Blue. I love the original and this remix.

Writing

in work and not on my book, which doesn´t lift my mood too much.

Talking

much. As usual. My days bring so much, there is always something new to tell.

Singing

along to pretty much all the songs on the radio here.

Doing

pretty much. As usual. Work, blogging, sport, drawing, reading… and I rescued a dog. If you want to know how, tell me and I´ll blog about it.

Stretching

beyond my limits. Getting out of my comfort zone, pretty much. And also working on my splits. I finished the challenge in January, but I´ve continued stretching and there is only 1.5 inches left till I can fully touch the ground, until I am fully in my splits. It´s a journey, a long way, but it´s so worth it. I´ve improved so much.

Monthly highlight

Cologne

What did February bring for you?

I am a nature-loving, reading and writing sport-freak with a passion for traveling, foreign countries and history. Besides that I love to listen to music, sing along, paint, sketch, draw, photograph literally anything and everything, talk a lot, laugh more, inspire people and enjoy life one day at a time.
