I haven´t posted a food post in quite a while, so here you go… the best post to come, since we´re talking breakfast and dessert. To be exact: dessert for breakfast. These three recipes feed your sweet tooth while you are staying healthy. Yep, that´s right. All of these three recipes are 100% healthy and good for you. Amazing, right?! Now all there´s left to say is: Bon Appètit!
The easiest pancakes on the planet
These pancakes are super yummy, totally healthy and incredibly easy to make. All you need are:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
Blend them together and cook the pancakes as you would cook any regular pancake. Just make sure to flip them quickly and only cook them short, since they do burn easily. You can layer more banana pieces and pancakes to make the perfect pancake tower! Enjoy!

Yoghurt parfait
A yoghurt parfait, doesn´t only look and taste amazing, it´s also the perfect breakfast, since it provides you with a lot of nutrients, protein and fibre to keep you up and running with a lot of energy for a long period of time.
Another thing that´s great about this is that you can change it up however you like.
What you´ll need:
- fruit/nut/granola/whatever your heart desires
- yoghurt
The method is simple. First fill the bottom of your glass with fruit/nuts/whatever, add yoghurt on top. Above the yoghurt add another fruit or nut, then add yoghurt again. Continue layering until you´re satisfied with the result. Now enjoy!
Banana split boat
This is a healthy spin on the usual dessert. And why not have dessert for breakfast?! I mean, own it!
What you´ll need:
- 1 banana
- yoghurt
- fruit/nuts/granola/whatever you like
First cut your banana lengthwise, not cutting all the way. Now open the banana so you have a tiny boat in which you can now add your yoghurt. The rest is simple: just top with whatever you want. I chose to add frozen berries, watermelon slices, nuts, chia seeds and agave. Done!
Tell me in the comments if you´re going to try one of these recipes. Or if you did, how it worked out. I´d love to know!
