A friend’s birthday was coming up and I wanted to give her something from my heart. After a while of thinking I decided on making chocolates for her. She loves coconut so I made coconut chocolates for her, which are 100% vegan and healthy! Here is the recipe I used. Let´s get baking!
What you´ll need:
- 1 banana
- 1 large spoons full of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup flour of your choice
- 2 large spoons full of cacao powder
- 3/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
All you do is mashup or blend everything. You should be left with a rather thicker consistency. Take little hand full of the batter and roll to make a little ball. Then roll the ball in coconut flakes and place on a sheet of baking paper. Repeat until you have no dough left. Then bake for 60 to 90 minutes at low heat. Take out and voilá! You have yourself your own homemade coconut chocolates! Enjoy!
