For this Sweet Sunday I have the best chocolate chip cookies recipe for you!
And you guessed it, well read it..from the title…it’s healthy! Well for the most part.. there is a little bit of sugar involved..but I say you can treat yourself to this without any doubt or guilt (which you should never have when eating!) ! 🙂
These are super easy and the recipe is all mine, very original. I wanted to use a recipe, but ended up sticking to almost nothing…
I made this when I had a good friend over the other day, just crossing off things from her Life List..random I know;-) But making cookies was one of them. So that’s what we ended up doing. It was such a blast and afterwards we couldn’t stop eating these goodies…but we made up for it, as we went out dancing later!
So let’s get to making these! The recipe is totally fool-proof!
What you’ll need
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour of your choice
- 150g margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 50g chocolate chips
- 50g grated nuts of your choice
- 2 tsp baking powder
- dash of oil
Mix together all the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Using two spoons form little circles onto a piece of parchment paper. Bake for 25min at medium heat, take out and enjoy! So easy and extremely yummy!
